I was asked to develop the brand strategy and the brand portfolio. Fortunately, this year-long project resulted in the implementation of Human-Centric approach to the company.
Methodology & Outcomes
I analysed the market (business plan, benchmarking) and consumers' behaviours (research, tasting events).
From that, we could develop the brand strategy and brand communication. I created a new range of products, from the product portfolio to the packaging.
I implemented a Human-Centred approach to the company by facilitating design activities to other departments.
